Korean Idols' Secret to White Skin ❆
How can Korean stars have such white skin even though before they debut their skin is not that white (no offense)?
This is a question that I see very often. Well to answer you, there are a couple of things you could do to achieve that very white complexion. I'm not talking about creams because let's be honest, whitening creams barely makes a difference in our skin color, am I right?
The first procedure is to get WHITENING INJECTIONS. Yup! Whitening injections quite common in Asia. So far it is deemed as safe because the fluid injected (that is commonly used) into our skin is vitamin c and glutathione which is a potent anti oxidant. This injection will literally make your skin radiant, white and luminous. A lot of people also find their acne/acne scars clearing up.
Believe it or not, a lot of people buy the fluid online! Then they go to a clinic or find a nurse somewhere to inject it for them. Sounds crazy right? People who have the guts even inject it by themselves..
This treatment needs to be done a few times to get the full effect. However, once you stop getting injections a couple times a week, your skin will turn dark again :(
Another way to get whiter skin is by supplements. This takes longer to show results and cannot make your skin as white as the injections. It takes 1-3 month for any whitening results to be seen. The supplements are glutathione and vitamin c just like what is used in the injections. People who tried this method said that their skin tone got lighter by 2-3 shades, but on the good side, they say that you can start seeing your skin becoming radiant and smooth in just 1-2 weeks!
In order for the supplements to work well, you have to take both glutathione and vitamin c in a ratio of 1 : 2. That means the vitamin c you take needs to be twice the dose of the glutathione. For example, if you take 500mg of glutathione, then take 1000mg of vitamin c. I don't recommend consuming more than 2000mg of vitamin c in a day because it can have side effects like headaches, stomachaches and so on.
So for those of you wondering how is it possible for kpop idols to have that snow white complexion, there is your answer. I decided to make this post because there are thousands of people out there wasting so much $$$ on whitening products like creams and soaps to achieve kpop idols' complexion so I want you all to know that it is NOT realistic to whiten your skin about 5 shades by using those kind of products. Don't get swallowed by the false advertisements (even though it is very tempting) lol!
